A Photo’s Difference Between TToTC and OUAW, November, 2017

Fenn’s Fechin Paintings

Before I headed out for my trip to visit my new grand-daughter in Boca Raton, Florida, Shelley and I had time to produce a quick video on the differences between the photo that was used once in Fenn’s first memoir, “The Thrill of the Chase,” and a second time in his third memoir, “Once Upon a While.”

That episode will publish at 1pm MST on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 on https://www.youtube.com/c/agyspsys.

The photos in the album below are from that presentation. Enjoy!

See you again live on December 12!

  1. Hi Toby, it was great meeting you in person at the latest book signing. I was the one who asked if it would be ok to say hi to some hard core Fenners who couldnt be there. They loved that we said hi to them by the way so thank you very much! I love your analytical approaches to some of the poem and book questions and am dying to see what you might do with the nouns of the poem. Especially in reference to the nine sentences.

There has been quite the continuous thread of Forrest mentioning the need to look up every word in the dictionary but that single comment in that audio interview where he says

“you cant ignore any of the nouns in that poem”

has alsways had me wanting to crowd source what those nouns are. if you were to analyze the poem from this angle what would your list of nouns be and why? Include pronouns? I would be fascinated to see what you come up with!

Btw, have a wonderful time with your grandaughter! Family is everything 🙂
